All rooms have an en suite shower room  and modern decor. The house is at  the end of a quiet cul de sac, with a large garden and stream running down  the side, which makes it a very quiet place to be.   Also there are no street lights at the end of the cul de sac so you can see the stars!

Piran.  This is the largest room with 2 3ft single beds which join together to make one super king size double bed.  This room can be a double or a twin.  

Prideaux.  This is a cosy double room with a 4' 6" double bed and fantastic views.  It is a compact room but it is worth it for the view!  It is also the quietest room.

Trelawney and Lodenek are single rooms, each with a 3ft single bed. The Trelawney room is larger (Lodenek is very compact) but the Lodenek benefits from the views at the back of the house and is much quieter as Trelawney is over the front door.

Regrettably we are unable to confirm which room you will be booked into as sometimes it is necessary to juggle rooms to accommodate other bookings.

All facilities are exclusively for the use of current guests.  Residents are not permitted to entertain non residents within the house or garden and we regret we are unable to look after vehicles or baggage beyond the duration of your stay.  Long stay parking is available in the "link road" car park belonging to North Cornwall District Council which is a short walk away.

Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to accommodate children under 12.
